Here are the Canadian winners! Congratulations to all!

The 2009-2010 edition of the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund is now over, and we are proud to announce the names of this year’s winners.

The theme was “Shaping Future Leaders”. Five students have each won a $10,000.00 scholarship, and eleven more have each won a $1,000.00 scholarship.

See you next year for a new edition of the Scholarship Program. Until then, you can participate in the annual essay contest, which will begin in July and end on September 30, 2009. This year’s topic is: “What was the worst job you or a family member ever held, and how would a labor union, such as the Teamsters, have made the situation better?”.
